Our Elite Company Competitive Dance Division is designed for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level and experience the excitement of regional and national competitions. This program is ideal for dedicated students who want to expand their technical foundation, performance skills, and artistry through more focused, intensive training.

BDC Elite Company dancers attend four competitions each season — two local competitions and two in the surrounding areas — and have the opportunity to work with top industry professionals both in-studio and at conventions. Past guests include Rustin Matthew, Lacey Schwimmer, Nick Bass, Hailee Payne, Sonya Tayeh, Emma Bradley, and many more.

Company dancers receive additional studio time, advanced choreography, and specialized technique classes across multiple styles including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, ballet, and acro. With training tailored to push their potential, dancers build the discipline, confidence, and versatility needed to thrive on and off the stage.

Elite Company is open to dancers ages 5 to 18 and is divided into three age divisions: Minis (ages 5 to 9), Juniors (ages 10 to 12), and Teens (ages 13+). If your dancer is ready for a challenge and wants to grow among the best, come audition for one of the area’s most cutting-edge, nationally award-winning teams.

Auditions for the 2025/2026 season will be held at our studio June 11th & 12th.

This is open to any dancers ages 5 to 18 that would like to be a part of our award-winning competition teams for the 2025-2026 season!

Ages 5 to 11 both days 4:30pm-6:00pm

Ages 12 to 18 both days 6:00pm-7:30pm

• $75/dancer for the two-day audition

• $70 for returning Elite Company members from the previous season

• Strong technique and body control

• Flexibility (splits, leaps, and kicks)
